Meet 10.30 Wood Green Station (Piccadilly line, Zone 3). A level mostly paved easy-paced walk following the course of the New River. Lunch at Clissold Park; Café or bring a picnic. Finishing at Angel Station (Northern Line Zone 1)

Farnham to Guildford
Waterloo 9.24 (Alton service), Clapham Junction 9.31, Surbiton 9.42 arrive 10.26. Buy return to Farnham.
A steady-paced undulating walk through farmland and heathland on sandy soil, starting in the market town of Farnham. We’ll walk through Puttenham and stop at the Watts Gallery tearoom. This is the first leg of the North Downs Way, joining the Pilgrims Way about halfway along. Possible pub stop but please bring a picnic.

Follow leaders at all times, and carefully watch where they are going. Make sure you know the time and place for meeting after lunch. If you do not intend to complete the walk, please inform the leader.
Bring along some food and drink, as mention of a pub or café is no guarantee that food will be available.
Please bring some simple first aid equipment with you. Sorry, no dogs, except for assistance dogs
